Here are a few more pics, in which I put in a switch assebly, the Luxeon Star assembly, batteries, spring. The switch is crude, as I drilled the hole with a drill. This will be machined in, and have a slight bevel to it. The cap will have a clear lens, to make the flashlight water resistant. The center ridge will not be present in the next prototype group.
